Hi, I’m Janine! I am a passionate and experienced events producer with a deep commitment to creating meaningful, inclusive experiences that connect people and drive impact. I founded JTL Events to bring together everything I love about event design—creativity, strategy, community, and purpose.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked across the charity, arts, and community sectors, delivering everything from gala dinners and awards evenings to public festivals and placemaking activations. I’ve led events with budgets over £200,000, hosted high-profile guests like Stephen Fry, David Gower and Alison Steadman, and curated grassroots celebrations that brought thousands together in shared spaces.

My background spans fundraising strategy, donor stewardship, marketing, and stakeholder engagement. I’ve secured major sponsorships, written successful grant bids, and built long-term partnerships that support organisational growth.

I’m especially proud of my work in placemaking and community events. I have helped shape town’s cultural identities through projects like the the GO4 Market Cafe in Colchester and Harwich Maritime Festival.

I’m values-led in everything I do. I believe events should reflect the communities they serve, and I’m committed to accessibility, sustainability, and mission-driven design. Whether I’m producing a stewardship event for a national charity or activating a public space for local residents, I bring empathy, energy, and a strategic eye to every detail.
